Victoria Hotel in Singapore, nearer to BUGIS MRT or CITY HALL MRT?

The Victoria Hotel is located in 87 Victoria street , Singapore. Can anybody tell me which MRT station is nearer to the hotel? BUGIS or CITY HALL?
